About

Diana Mosterd

I discovered the beauty of horses at a young age, their presence has always brought out a kind of magical feeling in me.

During my early career as a video producer, camera operator and later teacher, I found relaxation and peace with horses. They not only brought me back to myself after a busy day at work; they also offered me insights into my life experiences and emotions that enabled me to continue relaxed, inspired and in balance.

As I grew as a person, I became aware of my high sensitivity. It was something that had actually “bothered” me. Slowly but surely I have come to see it as a gift. It is inspiring to guide other highly sensitive people and it is also special to see that people can become more sensitive, calmer and more relaxed while working with horses. This creates greater awareness, which is especially valuable and helpful in these challenging times.

As a coach, I act as a sounding board and guide your process in uncovering and removing mental and emotional blockages so that you regain your trust in yourself, and start living from authenticity. My Dutch roots gave me a straightforward way of communicating. I always work from a source of unconditional love, with curiosity and with an open mind and heart.

Would you like to know more about my working method? Or book a coaching session with horses or a walk and talk session? Just get in touch.

Details: I speak English and Dutch. At the moment I am working and living in Forres, Scotland. Follow my socials to see updates. I regularly visit The Netherlands for coaching sessions.
